WP Automated Blog Content Posting Tools

Blogging is a great way to build an internet business because it provides an easy way to add fresh new content on a regular basis. Beyond that, the search engines love blogs because of the way all the pages get linked to each other, resulting in websites that get indexed quickly. But the problem with blogging as always been how to add enough content on a consistent basis that will provide the level of fresh new content that is required to get the page rankings to drive sustainable traffic.

That's where the new generation of new technology tools for autoblogging will provide you with lots of help! What was once considered black hat article-scraping techniques, have now turned into sophisticated automated blog posting plugin tools that build real content from multiple sources. And that is what is important in the process... the ability to mix content from multiple sources in one post provides unique content pages that is almost impossible to replicate.

Let's say that you have a niche market with products from multiple sources that you can sell to monetize your blog. With an automated blog posting plugin tool, you can define your automated posts to include articles, video, Clickbank products, eBay products, Amazon products, Yahoo Answers content, and more. Since all of this data is presented in pure HTML by the automated blog posting plugin tool, the search engines will recognize all of the content as unique.

I have set up several automated blogs and am starting to discover a plan to follow over and over as I set up new blogs. Some of these blogs I post one or two new articles per day, others I am posting four to five new articles per day. It really depends on the niche, how many keywords you want to target, and how much content is available that you can auto post.

When I first stumbled across early versions of these tools a few months ago, to say the least I was very skeptical. So I did a lot of research and was very surprised at how many different tools there were available. And just like any other internet marketing tool you consider, there is a wide range of prices and some products are better than others. The real difference between most tools boil down to the following:

    Content sources options
    Monetization capabilitities
    Keyword and content controls

So the bottom line is, if you struggle to write new content on a consistent basis, you might want to consider a Wordpress automated blog content plugin tool.

The best tool to automate your blog [http://homebizdaily.com/blog-for-success/automate-blog-posts-wp-robot-wordpress-autoblog-plugin] is a WordPress automatic blog content plugin that builds unique content on every post your blog automatically creates.

How to scrape product listings from Amazon using WebHarvy ?

WebHarvy can be used for scraping data from Amazon's website. Product listings under various categories in the Amazon website can be easily scraped using WebHarvy. Information such as Product title, cost, description, details, avialablity/shipping info etc can be extracted.

Scraped data can be easily exported as a local file (CSV, TSV, XML formats supported) or to a database (MS SQL, MySQL). There is no limit to the amount of data which can be extracted and exported. Listings which span across multiple pages can be easily extracted.

There is a small limitation while scraping data from Amazon's website. The first row of products from Amazon's web pages cannot be extracted using WebHarvy. While configuring, you need to start by clicking on the first product in the second row. Or in case the listing displays one product per row, you need to start configuring by clicking on the fourth product, as shown in the demo below. Please contact our support (support@sysnucleus.com) to get detailed instructions (including video demonstrations) in case you face any problems.

Demo below shows how WebHarvy can be used to scrape product listings from Amazon's website:

 The best thing about using WebHarvy for scraping produts from Amazon is that configuring the scraper is incredibly easy. You can start extracting data from within minutes you install the software. And in case you need any assistance you are assured to get a reply from us (support@sysnucleus.com) within 24 hours.

We recommend that you try the evaluation version available for download.

Scraping Amazon item offers

In my pet project Dealesque, I am trying to compare all offers on a number of Amazon items, the idea being that it can help decide which offers to use to minimize shipping and total cost. Using Amazon Product Advertising API was the logical first step, but it doesn’t return all the offers for an item. It does however return the “more offers URL” for each item. Hence, the old scrapin’ was due, and none too late!

Plain wget-like action would not suffice, since Amazon is taking care to block unwanted traffic. So, mechanize gem to the rescue! It actually allows you to impersonate a real browser:
1

agent = Mechanize.new { |agent| agent.user_agent_alias = 'Mac Safari' }

After that, you can navigate the site, click away, read any forms etc.
For scraping, what I actually ended up using was to get the content of the “more offers URL” page and parse it using Nokogiri. Something like:

page = agent.get(more_offers_url)
root = Nokogiri::HTML(page.content.strip)
scrape_content(root)

For the current development stage, this is doing just fine. Unfortunately, for production use it will not suffice. There will probably be some traffic throttling from Amazon and some benchmarking will need to be done to determine the limits. Also, proxying the requests will probably be required too. But, I leave this for some other times.

The result of scraping the offers for picked items:

Amazon to sell set-top box to challenge Apple TV: report

Amazon.com Inc will release a set-top TV box later this year that will stream video over the Internet, challenging Apple Inc's Apple TV device and a similar gadget sold by start-up Roku, BloombergBusinessweek reported on Wednesday.
The box will plug into TVs and give viewers access to
Amazon's digital video content, which the company has been expanding, BloombergBusinessweek said, citing three unidentified people familiar with the project.

An Amazon spokeswoman declined to comment.

Amazon's video content is already available on other devices, including Roku, Microsoft Corp's Xbox and Sony Corp's PlayStation 3. However, it is not available on Apple TV.

Having its own gadget will help Amazon put its content more directly in front of consumers and give developers another reason to create apps for Amazon's digital platform, BloombergBusinessweek said.

"Amazon has a good content distribution strategy but not a great one," said Ron Josey, an analyst at JMP Securities. "Doing their own box may be them admitting that it's a little bit harder to get embedded in all these different devices and platforms."

Amazon has been investing heavily in licensing, distributing and even creating its own digital content such as video, music, apps and games. The company has focused on getting that content on as many devices as possible, rather than building a lot of its own hardware.

However, the company has designed its own gadgets in situations where it believes it can bring a different approach to a market. When it launched its Kindle Fire tablet computer in 2011, for instance, the device's screen was 7 inches which at that time was not a popular size.

JMP's Josey, who said he was not privy to any Amazon plans in this area, speculated on Wednesday that any Amazon set-box device could include the ability to stream music, play games, access other apps and even shop through TVs, rather than just watch videos.

The set-top box is being developed by Amazon's Lab126 division, based in Cupertino, California, near Apple's headquarters. It's being run by Malachy Moynihan, a former vice president of emerging video products at Cisco Systems Inc, BloombergBusinessweek added.

BloombergBusinessweek also said that while Netflix Inc's video streaming service will likely be available on Amazon's TV box, Amazon's own video and music services will be more prominently integrated.

A Netflix spokesman declined to comment.

Amazon Plans an Internet Video Device

SEATTLE — Amazon created the Kindle to breathe life into electronic books. Now it is preparing a device to bring Internet video to television sets.

The company is developing a television set-top box and has begun discussions with outside providers of content to distribute their video services to the device, according to three people briefed on the plan, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the Amazon product had not yet been announced and remained confidential.

Amazon is planning to introduce the set-top box in the fall, one of these people said.

Bloomberg Businessweek first reported news of Amazon plans on Wednesday.

Kinley Pearsall, an Amazon spokeswoman, declined to comment.

It was not immediately clear why Amazon would bother designing its own set-top box. The device will most likely showcase Amazon’s own online video offerings, which include Prime Instant Video, a Netflix-like subscription video service with more than 40,000 movies and television episodes that is included as part of Amazon’s broader Prime membership.

Among other benefits, Prime members, who pay $79 a year, get free two-day shipping on orders bought through Amazon’s site.

Amazon also offers a much broader library of video content, totaling 150,000 titles, that anyone, including people who aren’t Prime members, can buy and rent.

But Amazon’s video services are already available on hundreds of devices, many of which connect to television sets, like game consoles, digital video recorders and Blu-ray players. An app for using Amazon’s video service is even embedded in some television sets, including models from Sony, Panasonic and Samsung.

Although Amazon was an early entrant in the e-reader market with the Kindle, the company is late to the market for set-top boxes, where the incumbents include Apple’s Apple TV device and a family of products from Roku.

Amazon, though, has considerable strengths and has shown an aptitude for reinventing itself in new categories, like cloud computing and tablet computers. One media executive who has participated in discussions with Amazon about its set-top box said he thought the company’s standing as a top shopping destination would allow it to promote its new device and give it a strong chance of attracting an audience.

The company could use other creative techniques for getting its set-top box into more living rooms.

Michael Pachter, an analyst at Wedbush Securities, said one approach that could make sense was for Amazon to sell the device for $100 or less, about what Internet set-top boxes cost today, and to include a free year of its subscription video service.

At the end of the term, customers would have an incentive to sign up for Amazon Prime to continue receiving all of its membership benefits, including the video service. “I think this is a Trojan horse to get people to join Prime,” Mr. Pachter said.
